Trustees | Meetings

The Nova Central School Board consists of fifteen (15) trustees representing eleven (11) different zones throughout the district. School board elections are held every four years. The last elections were held on November 3, 2009.

Individuals can also be appointed by the Minister of Education to fill vacant positions.

There are four standing committees of the Board:

Executive Committee
Finance and Property Committee
Communications Committee
Policy Committee

Nova Central School Board is mandated through the Schools Act, 1997 to oversee the delivery of educational programs and services in the district.
