Nova Central School District is governed by a Board of Trustees and managed by a Director of Education.

The Director’s Office includes:
1) The Director of Education
2) Executive Assistant
3) Senior Administrative Officer for Corporate Services.

There are three formal divisions within the district:
1) The Assistant Director of Education for Finance oversees the areas of Finance, Student Transportation, Maintenance and Technology.

2) The Assistant Director of Education for Programs oversees educational programs and services, including Student Support Services

3) The Assistant Director of Education for Human Resources oversees the Human Resources Division.
